Conference Fee

* Only senior citizens and PWDs will be entitled to the Gala Dinner on 23 July 2010.

Note:

• The above passes include lunch and tea breaks. Full access to exhibition, workshops & conferences.
• Members of RESNA/RESJA/ARATA and group registration (4 or more) are entitled to 20% discount off the regular fee.
• Maximum of 2 PUBLICATIONS for AUTHORS (who are NOT full-time students, senior citizens – 65 yr & above and people with disability) registering for the conference. All authors have to register for the FULL PASS.
• Each paper MUST NOT EXCEED 4 PAGES. USD 150 will be charged for EACH ADDITIONAL PAGE.
• For authors submitting MORE THAN 2 PAPERS, USD 150 will be charged for EACH ADDITIONAL PAPER.
• Maximum of 1 publication for full-time students, senior citizens – 65 yr & above and people with disability registering for the conference. USD 150 will be charged for EACH ADDITIONAL PAPER.

Payment Method

All payment has to be made in Singapore Dollars. Please indicate the mode of payment & payment details below.

1. Cheque (ONLY Applicable for Singapore Bank Cheque)

2. Telegraphic Transfer -Please make payment in Singapore Dollar.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Please note that any cancellation to your registration must be made in writing & must reach the organizer by 1^st July 2010.
• Please email your cancellation stating your registration number and full particulars (name, job title, company, billing address, contact details, etc.) to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• Cancellations received by 1^st July will be refunded less USD 100 administrative charges. Refunds will be made after the end of event.
• We regret to inform that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 2^nd July 2010. Any requests for refunds made after this deadline will not be entertained but substitute delegates are welcome. Requests for replacements submitted after 9^th July 2010 will not be entertained.
