To Sponsor 5 people with disabilities to attend the workshops/conference and allow them to have full participation in the convention. Sponsor will receive:

All registered delegates, exhibitors, speakers and members of the press will receive a conference bag that will be used to carry the conference programme guide and materials. Your company name and logo will be printed (single colour) on the conference bags (share with other conference bag sponsors) along with the conference and logo.

Lanyard USD2,300 exclusive

Captivate the minds of all the attendees as they wear your company name and logo around their necks and are seen throughout the event. Your company name and logo will be printed (single colour) and will appear on the lanyards for the badges worn by all delegates throughout the event.

Pen USD500

A great opportunity to maximize your company’s exposure! Conference delegates will use these pens, with your company name and logo, during the conference and beyond.  Sponsored pens will be distributed in the conference bag to all registered delegates, exhibitors, speakers and members of the press. 1,000 pens to be provided by the sponsor. There will be an additional cost if pens printed with logo are to be provided by the conference organizer.

Notepad USD500

Provide delegates with a means of note-taking at the conference by sponsoring note pads. Note pads with your company name and logo will be distributed in the conference bag to all conference delegates, exhibitors, speakers and members of the press. 1,000 note pads to be provided by the sponsor. There will be an additional cost if printed note pads with logo are provided by the conference organizer.

Highlighters USD500

A great opportunity to maximize your company’s exposure. Conference attendees will use these highlighters with your company name and logo during the conference and beyond.  Sponsored highlighters will be distributed in the conference bags. 1,000 pens to be provided by the sponsor. There will be an additional cost if highlighters printed with logo are to be provided by the conference organizer.

Bag Inserts USD500

An excellent and affordable opportunity! Your company’s promotional literature will be inserted into every conference bag distributed to the delegates, exhibitors, speakers and members of the press. 1,000 pieces of the brochure or literature are to be provided by the sponsor.  An additional cost will be provided if the brochure or literatures are to be printed by the conference organizer.
